This 3 days luxury gorilla trekking safari includes a gorilla permit worth 700 per person per day. The safari starts and ends in Entebbe international Airport in Uganda. This safari takes you to Bwindi impenetrable national park to see the endangered mountain gorillas. You also have a chance to explore the nearby communities and be able to explore the culture of the local people.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 of 3 days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Drive to Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Upon your arrival at the Airport, you are welcomed by our company representative who will drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park having a stopover at the Igongo cultural Center to have lunch and proceed with your drive arriving late afternoon and check in at the lodge for your dinner  at Gorilla Mist Lodge- Full Board Basis

Day 2 of 3 days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi forest

After breakfast, proceed to the headquarters for your briefing about the dos and don’ts of gorilla trekking by park rangers who will lead in search of mountain gorillas, you are amazed and given 1 full hour to interact with gorillas as you take photos once you find them.

After the trek, have lunch at the lodge and then proceed for a community walk to the nearby communities as you get to learn about their way of living. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Gorilla Mist Lodge- Full Board

Day 3 of 3 days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Departure back to Kampala

Have breakfast at the lodge and start your drive back to Kampala having a stopover at the Equator for some photos as well as experiments. You get a chance to buy some souvenirs as well as have lunch before proceeding with your drive to Kampala arriving late afternoon for your departure flight.
