The 3 Days luxury gorilla trekking safari takes to Volcanoes national park for mountain gorillas which is located in the far northwest of Rwanda and it protects the steep slopes of this great mountain ranges; home of the endangered mountain gorillas and the rich mosaic of montane ecosystems.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1 of 3 Days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will take you for a city tour to many different sites within the city. You visit Gisozi genocide Memorial site, local art as well as the craft market. Have lunch and then transfer to Ruhengeri in the volcanoes National Park. Dinner and overnight at sabyinyo silver back lodge. Meal plan: Full board
Day 2 of 3 Days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Gorilla trekking and a visit to the Ibyi wachu cultural village
Wake up so early by 6:30am and have breakfast before transferring to the national park headquarters for briefing before trekking. By 8:00am, you will start the hike into the forest with the lead of an armed guide following specific trails in search for the mountain gorillas.
After meeting with the gorillas, you will spend an hour with then as you enjoy taking some great photos, return to the lodge for a late lunch and then proceed with your visit to the Iby wacwhu cultural village to experience the Rwanda culture. You are to be entertained by the local people with songs and dances. After get back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight at sabyinyo silver back lodge. Meal Plan: Full Board
Day 3 of 3 Days luxury gorilla trekking safari: Departure back to Kigali city
Have breakfast at the lodge and then start your drive back to Kigali city, have lunch and then the guide drops you at the Airport for your departure flight. End of service.
